Robotics

EMU Robotics

At EMU, I help students build robots and understand the code behind them. I also work on the control systems that help those robots move accurately on their own.

My role

Robotics Lead

The disciplines

Education / Autonomous control / Java / WPILib

01

Learning by building

My work at EMU Robotics connects hands-on engineering with programming and robotics education.

02

Teaching and tuning

I teach Java and WPILib, and develop autonomous control using odometry and a custom PID controller. The work moves between explaining a concept and getting it to behave on a real robot.

03

Beyond the workshop

I’ve led robotics education initiatives in Mongolia and rural Uganda, and exhibited at IAC 2025. Teaching is a big part of how I share what I build.
